Privacy policy

Who processes your data

The controller is Arba Nautika d.o.o., OIB 00720431425, Croatia. For anything about this policy, write to aboard@tquilo.com or use the contact form.

Contact form

If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry; the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The message is delivered by Web3Forms (Agilo Softworks), which sees the content of the request for that purpose.

We keep enquiries for as long as the correspondence lasts, and at most two years after the last message.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>.

Without consent it is not loaded and nothing is set. You can withdraw consent at any time — click the drop in the bottom right corner. Analytics then stops and its cookies are deleted.

Local storage

With your consent the site remembers where you left off in the horizontal presentation (tquilo.D2.x). It stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Your consent decision is recorded either way (tquilo.consent) — without it we would have to ask again on every page.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Hostinger International. The server keeps ordinary technical access logs (IP address, time, requested address) for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send your request to aboard@tquilo.com or through the contact form. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

Changes

If the processing changes — a new service, a new purpose — this text changes with it, and the date above moves.
